CopperMuse Distillery has created some unique limited releases.

Seasonal

In 2020, one of our bartenders created a delicious infusion with our whiskey - a spiced apple fall delight! We liked it so much that we decided to make it into a retail product! In 2021, we added pears, creating our current batch - the Spiced Apple Pear Whiskey. We have this infusion available September through January every year!

Beer whiskeys

In 2021, CopperMuse collaborated with three local breweries to create three interesting and distinct Beer Whiskeys. The first beer we distilled was Little Red Cap from Grimm Brothers Brewery. This whiskey has a hoppy nose, and a subtle hops flavor. The second collaboration was with Maxline Brewery. Maxline’s Irish Red was distilled into a beer whiskey with a more complex malty characteristic. In 2022, we partnered with Horse and Dragon Brewery to distill a batch of their Snug Vanilla Caramel Double Cream Ale. This beer whiskey is smooth with vanilla and caramel notes making it very drinkable on the rocks. Our most recent beer whiskey is also from Maxline; using their Peanut Butter Chocolate Porter. This spirit was aged for six months, letting the peanut butter malty notes shine through.

Peated Malt Whiskey

During the summer of 2021, we finished aging a barrel of Peated Malt Whiskey that was brewed and distilled by Big Fat Pastor spirits. We released this whiskey late in 2021. This is the Whiskey to get for your favorite Scotch drinker due to its oaky and woody taste with signature peaty and smoky notes.
