CopperMuse® White Tie Whiskey

This is an unaged whiskey like you’ve never known. Brewed from 2-row malted barley and rye. This “moonshine” has a perfectly balanced grain bill that is well integrated. Use it in cocktails as a substitute for Blanco Tequila or with walnut bitters, brown sugar and orange peel in an inspired Old Fashioned.

Black tie affair

Black Tie Affair cocktail

  • 2 oz. CopperMuse® White Tie Whiskey

  • 5 Blackberries

  • .5 oz. Lime juice

  • .5 oz. Pineapple Juice

  • .25 oz. Simple Syrup

  • Seltzer

  • Rocks glass

Directions
Muddle blackberries, then combine ingredients, shake, strain into rocks glass of ice, then top with seltzer. Garnish with a lime.
